Sitting on a prominent corner of Newtown’s King St, across from St Peters train station, is heritage-listed Sydney Park Hotel.
SPH has for decades been a working-class heritage pub and this remains the central focus of the venue with locally brewed craft brews and classic counter meals on offer as well as a focus on live sports.
Situated along the ever-evolving South King St precinct, The Sydney Park Hotel aims to offer more than just your expected pub fair. The bottle shop has a range of fine wines, craft beers, artisan cheeses and cured meats; Rolladoor café offers locally roasted coffee and food on the run; and the second floor boasts boutique pub style accommodation.
The boutique pub rooms cater for guests looking for accessible accommodation in the heart of Syndey’s Inner West. The SPH provides the perfect base to explore all that Sydney has to offer with a train station across the road, Newtown at its doorstep and the International airport within a ten-minute drive.
Each of the eight rooms are unique, decorated with original art, vintage and custom made furniture, and locally sourced touches.
Rolladoor Café sits at the back of the hotel opposite the Lord St entrance to St Peters train station. Aiming to supply daily commuters with locally roasted coffee, house-made pastries, cakes and sandwiches on route to work.
